 Modernized industries increase every day with the development of our booming economy. So far, if the coal tar that was produced from the process of gas generating won’t be recycle reasonable in time, it will pollute our environment severely. What is more, it will damage environments and water source which we live on.

After many years’ research, development and practice and with the help of professors of Petroleum University and brotherly company, Qiyu Renewable Energy Company has gained the conclusions which make our recycling technology go on wheels. This year we successfully put our plant into use. Our customers prove that it didn’t produce second pollution in the process of recycling by using our technology. That’s our equipment meet the qualification of protecting environment.

 Dehydrating collected coal tar by heating vapor to subside impurity, and then make it enter into tubular depolymerizing reactor through pipe. Then the oil steam enter into fractionating tower which separate the residual oil and gas, reenter into the line oil separation and through the pipe enter into catalytic reaction. In this reaction the oil vapor will be changed its physical and chemical properties. The reclaimed oil will be made. At last, we can get the better quality diesel oil and gasoline by reprocessing them.

According to customers’ requirement, the daily output can be from 50 tones to 300 tones per day. Meanwhile crude oil, used oil 180# used fuel oil and residual oil can be extracted by using this recycling machine. What’s more, by means of our technology white gasoline and yellow diesel oil can be got.
