The description of tire oil reprocssing machine:

1. land required for tire oil to diesel and gasoline machine with 20tons per day is about 1500-2500 square meters.

    500 square meters among of them is for our equipment, 200square meters for oil storage,    350square meters for cooling water pool which size is 10m*15m*2.5m

2.power consumption:1000-1500kwh per day

   Workers needed:4 persons.

3.In the factory, there should have three phase mains,water,and easy traffic for truck. It should be  1000m far away from residential area and no naked light around the tire oil reprocssing machine factory.

4.Input:

   The raw material for 20 tons per day output:

   Tire oil or plastic oil:10 tons (tire oil cost:4200RMB/ton in China market)

   Auxiliary material:10 tons(cost:3000RMB/ton in China market)

   Output: Extration ration 30% fuel oil.60% diesel oil, 10% gasoline

   Percentage of pass: about 98%(National Standard)

   Wastage rate:about 2%

5.Profit: about 2000RMB/ton for the output oil

6.In the productive process, we adopt infrared ray to heat instead of naked fire light. There aren't waste water, waste gas and waste solid according with energy saving and emission reduction.    

This is an environmental protection project.

7.Over 30 tons capacity equipment:

   Land required :2500-3000 square meters.

   For this capacity, we adopt tubular automatic heating backflow equipment instead of infrared ray heating.

8.Equipment investment: 226,000 USD for 20tons per day  capacity. This investment is not including civil engineering and storing part.
